Welcome to the 2011 – 2012 School Year
Upcoming dates to remember:
Holy Thursday – 11:30 dismissal – no lunch served
Good Friday – no school
April 11th and 12th – Teachers will be attending the NCEA conference in Boston
April 13th – professional day
April 16th – spring vacation begins
Our classsroom will be centered-based, meaning that many of the skills learned this year will be taught with a hands-on, cooperative learning approach.
Students will work in small groups both with myself and also with their peers as we travel the world through the magic of literature.
All students are please asked to bring to school the following:
1 roll paper towels
1 box of tissues
1 bottle of hand sanitizer
1 container of disinfecting wipes
Gym days for grade 7 are Tuesday and Thursday
I am available for extra help on Mondays from 2:30 – 3:30
